About the position

  • Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external clients whether in person, over the phone, or via email
  • Perform general clerical functions such as sort, route, and distribute (calls, mail, and faxes), prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
  • Determine requirements by speaking with clients and answering inquiries by clarifying desired information
  • Resolve client complaints or concerns by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, and implementing solutions as needed
  • Provide timely feedback to immediate supervisor regarding service failures or client concerns
  • Assist in entering new client information accurately into the CRM database
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions
